Q: Why should I register?
A: Site registration is not required, but it does have its benefits. Since this is a community-based web site, any portion of the site that we might add or change in the future to be "private", "members only" or otherwise restricted would require a site registration and login to access. Also, site registration is required to make purchases via our online shopping cart. In that case the registration saves certain info specific to you so that you don't have to always enter the same shipping and/or billing info with every purchase. NOTE: It should also be made clear that site registration is NOT THE SAME at this point in time as signing up to the email list. The two are separate and distinct issues. Signing up to the email list does not create or affect a site registration, nor does a site registration create or affect an email list subscription. Finally, it should be noted that your privacy is important to us. Everything here is privately managed and we will never give away or sell any information you provide for any reason, unless required to do so by law.
Q: How do I order from the Store?
A: Click on the "Store" item from the Main Menu then:
- Go to the Store and do your shopping.
- When ready to Check Out, enter your "Bill To" information.
- Click the "Send Registration" button
- The system will automatically send you an email with your email address as
your Username and a randomly generated password as your Password.
- The system will ask you to select a Shipping Address. You may either click
the link to enter a new shipping address or use the default Shipping Address
which is the same as the Billing Address. You may also choose to change or
update your Billing Address using that link at this time.
- Click the "Next" button
- Choose a Shipping Method. (Currently we only offer shipping via USPS at
the Media Mail rate.)
- Click the "Next" button
- Choose a Payment Method (Currently we only offer PayPal or Check./Money
Order)
- Click the "Next" button
- For either Payment Method, follow any additional instructions given by the
system for your payment method and the click the "Confirm Order"
button
- Follow any further instructions given by the system based on your payment
or shipping method
- For future purchases, it is recommended that once you receive your Account
Confirmation Email with your Username and Password, that you use the Login
item on the Main Menu here immediately and change your randomly generated
password to something that you will be able to remember.
- Save your Account Confirmation Email and/or always remember that your
Email address IS your Username and always remember your Password to access
your account for future purchases and for other "members only"
features that we may provide to you in the future.
Q: How much will I be charged for shipping?
A: All items are shipped via USPS at the Media Mail rate. The shipping is
calculated automatically and will vary based upon the criteria for USPS media
mail shipping which we retrieve from USPS during the transaction process. Please
visit USPS.com for more information on Media Mail shipping rates.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Generally, once USPS has it, the package takes 2 to 7 days to reach its
destination.
Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: NO, not at this time.
Q: How long will my order take to process?
A: Generally most orders are processed and shipped in 24 to 48 hours. Larger
orders could take longer.
Q: What methods of payment are accepted for online orders?
A: Currently we accept only PayPal and Check/Money Order.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: Generally, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, it can be returned for a full refund.
